Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how our certified lifeguards work, what we cover, and what hosts and guardians stay responsible for at your event.

Do I still need to watch my children?

Yes. Our lifeguard supervises the water zone, but parents and guardians remain responsible for their children outside the water and for overall party conditions.

How many lifeguards do I need?

It depends on the number of swimmers, their ages and ability, your pool’s features, and event conditions. We recommend the right coverage after reviewing your quote request.

Are your lifeguards certified?

We staff certified lifeguards who maintain current lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED credentials. Specific certification details are available on request.

Do you provide insurance?

Insurance details are available upon request. Reach out and we’ll share what you need to make your decision.

Does my homeowner’s insurance cover the party?

We can’t advise on your personal policy. We recommend confirming coverage with your own insurer; hosts remain responsible for their property and event conditions.

Can you work at HOA pools or vacation rentals?

Yes, coordinated in advance with the HOA board, community pool manager, or rental owner as appropriate.

What happens if the lifeguard decides conditions are unsafe?

Our lifeguards have stop-swim authority and may pause swimming if conditions become unsafe. This protects everyone at the event.

Do you handle swim lessons or childcare?

No. We provide professional water-zone supervision only — not swim lessons or childcare.

Can we serve alcohol?

Alcohol is the host’s decision and responsibility. Let us know, since it affects risk and how we plan coverage.
