Private pool party lifeguards in Tiburon
Peninsula gatherings are often smaller, more private, and set on hillside or bay-facing lots. We provide certified water-zone supervision so the host can stay with the guests.
Private homes, milestones, and short-term stays
Tiburon events tend to be invitation-scale: family dinners that spill into the pool, graduation weekends, or a rental house full of visiting relatives.
A certified lifeguard is for the host who wants the water open without assigning a family member to watch it all evening. That includes children’s parties, adult-and-kid mixers, and one-off celebrations at a private home. We are not a swim-lesson or childcare service — water-zone supervision only.
Vacation-rental coverage is available when the rental owner is coordinated in advance, the same way we handle other short-term stays in Marin. Belvedere does not have its own page yet; if your event is there, ask us on the quote. Coverage for a specific peninsula address is confirmed when we review the request.
Access, parking, and the pool itself
Narrow streets and hillside driveways are ordinary on the peninsula. Tell us how a guard should arrive.
On the quote form, include the Tiburon address (or as close as you can), timing, and anything that affects arrival — gates, parking, or stairs to the pool. We also need swimmer ages, a rough headcount, and pool features such as a spa, steep coping, or limited deck. Those details drive the coverage recommendation.
After we review the risk with you, you confirm by signing the agreement and completing booking requirements. Event day: pool-area check, then supervision of the water zone. The process is the same calm sequence described on How it works.
Weather, stop-swim, and host responsibility
Peninsula weather can change. Pausing the swim is part of the job, not a failure of the plan.
Lifeguards may pause swimming when conditions become unsafe — including lightning or severe weather, overcrowding, poor visibility, or unsafe behavior. Swimming resumes when it is safe. That authority, along with credentials, a pre-event check, and rescue equipment on deck, is listed on Safety standards.
The host remains responsible for the property, guest behavior, supervision outside the water, alcohol, pets, and overall event conditions. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children outside the water. A view of the bay does not change those boundaries.
