Depending on your event and what we confirm together, this upgrade may include:

  • A designated lead guard to coordinate the team and the event plan
  • Swimmer wristbands to help track ability levels around the pool
  • A pre-event safety briefing for the host and key guests
  • A written event plan covering roles, boundaries, and emergency steps
  • Two-way radios and on-deck AED access where available

These are optional add-ons. Availability varies by location and event, and each item is confirmed per event before your date.

Quote-only, because no two events carry the same size or risk.

Coverage is priced to each event’s size and risk — swimmer count, ages and ability, pool features, location, and the number of lifeguards needed all shape the plan. Rather than post fixed public prices, we review your details and provide a custom quote built for your event.
